Send Whatsapp messages to your Customers :
You can start sending whatsapp messages from customer contact form
Step-1: Setting up whatsapp number:
In Customer Contact form, Enter whatsapp number of customer as showed in the below form.
Make sure use country mobile code without the + sign.
You can use separate Whatsapp number or you enter Whatsapp number in mobile field also.
Step-2: Message from Odoo to Whatsapp –
Click on the smart button “Message On Whatsapp”.
Step-3: Enter your message :
After you click on the smart button a pop window will be open. As showed in the below screenshot.
Enter your message in the message box and click on the send button.
Step-4: Send message from Odoo :
Once you click on the send button you automatically redirect on the whatsapp web api page. Then you just need verify the message and click on the Continue.
If it is on the PC, WhatsApp Web page opens. If it is on the smart phone, then your WhatsApp application opens directly, in both cases the conversation opens directly.

Send Order Confirmations on Whatsapp from Odoo
After creating the sale order You can send the confirmation message on the customer whatsapp number.
Step-1: Click on the “Send Whatsapp Message” button.
Step-2: Click on the send button
You can see the below screenshot the template of confirmation order is automatically created, You just need to send the message.””
step-3: After click on the send button you automatically redirect on the whatsapp web api page. Then you just need verify the order confirmation message and click on the Continue.

Send Invoice paid confirmation on Whatsapp from Odoo
After customer paid the invoice of order. You can send the invoice paid message with invoice url on the customer whatsapp number.
Using the Invoice url link customer can view the invoice and download the invoice.
step-1: Click on the “Send Whatsapp Message” button. After customer paid the invoice, then click on “Send Whatsapp Msg” button automatically visible. You can see the below screenshot.
Step-2: After clicking on the send button pop window will be open in that you can see the invoice message template and invoice url automatically generated. After that you just need to click on the send button.
step-3: once you click on the send button you automatically redirect on the whatsapp web api page. Then you just need verify the invoice confirmation message and click on the Continue.
In below screenshot you can see the invoice paid confirmation message sent on whatsapp.
